Saturday 28th January
10am - 1pm
The tensions of everyday life are often carried by the shoulders; yet to free the shoulders of this stress we need to look elsewhere. Postural stress in the shoulders can often be a result of how we use our ribs, lower back and even the legs.
This workshop guides you by means of gentle movements to an understanding of greater integration through your whole self. Consequently movements become more fluid, the range of movement may increase and the sense of well being is enhanced.
Saturday 25th February
10am - 1pm
Push through, try harder, keep going, plod on.
These are responses we often make to challenging or painful aspects of life. However there are other choices.
Learn for yourself how to trust in doing less, pausing and proceeding with awareness . These options can reduce stress and support you in moving through life with greater ease.
